Rules of the Client-Side Engine
Please read these terms carefully before accessing our 100% local, zero-server utility suite.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ToolboxDock ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the platform.
Immediate Applicability
Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. No registration or account creation is necessary to be bound by this agreement.
2. Client-Side Services
ToolboxDock provides a suite of digital utilities (converters, calculators, generators, and text tools) that operate uniquely within a client-side architecture.
Local Processing
All tools execute exclusively in your browser's local memory. We do not provide backend processing, cloud storage, or server-side computation.
Service Availability
Since tools run locally, performance and availability depend entirely on your hardware, browser capabilities, and operating system.
3. Usage Restrictions
While ToolboxDock is open and free to use, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while utilizing our client-side platform:
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our proprietary WebAssembly modules or JavaScript engines.
- Using our tools to process, generate, or facilitate malicious payloads, malware, or illegal content.
- Deploying automated scrapers, bots, or scripts that attempt to overload the frontend architecture or spam local executions in a harmful manner.
4. Intellectual Property
The platform and its original content, features, layout, algorithms, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ToolboxDock and its licensors. Our branding, logos, and UI components are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Note: Any outputs, converted files, or generated text you produce using our tools are entirely your property. We claim no ownership over the data you process locally.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Basis
ToolboxDock is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that our client-side tools will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, nor do we guarantee the absolute mathematical accuracy of every calculation or conversion outcome.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ToolboxDock, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
- Any content or output obtained from the Service.
- Any discrepancies or errors in file conversions or data generation.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
